Summary

The Customer Experience Coordinator serves as the store ambassador, shaping a personalized customer journey and supporting efficient store operations. This role delivers exemplary service and clienteling to maximize sales while maintaining a professional store environment. The Coordinator partners with leadership to ensure a seamless and hospitable experience for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client expectations are exceeded and maintain an environment focused on the customer experience using hospitality tools.
• Ensure all employees present professionally and practice the highest level of customer service to achieve maximum sales.
• Map and maintain clienteling activities for each guest to support repeat business.
• Promote seamless efficiency and a positive atmosphere across the store experience.
• Partner with leadership and expert teams to proactively address service issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the store leadership team.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, and/or service.
• Exceptional customer service and clienteling skills with a focus on relationship building.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
