Job summary

Sarku Japan in Tempe is seeking energetic Crew Members to deliver fast, friendly service across guest service, food prep, and cooking. You will join a team committed to quality, cleanliness, teamwork, and Kaizen-inspired improvement.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, preparing ingredients, cooking according to Sarku Japan recipes, and maintaining safety and sanitation standards while supporting busy shifts and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Food service or customer service experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high-quality guest experience with every interaction.
• Follow all company procedures, policies, and operational standards.
