Job summary

White Lodging in Nashville seeks a courteous server to welcome guests and ensure a memorable dining experience. You will greet guests, manage reservations, and seat guests while maintaining a friendly ambience.

Successful candidates are able to work in a fast-paced environment, stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds. Weekend nights/holidays required; OpenTable experience preferred. DailyPay and shift-swapping app available along with a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, sociable personality with strong communication.
• Ability to handle high volume and work under pressure.
• Availability for weekends, nights and holidays; physically able to stand and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Prior OpenTable experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assign servers to sections, manage reservations and seating.
• Maintain entryway, perform side work and cleaning.
• Promote teamwork and a safe work environment.
• Be knowledgeable about menu items and ingredients.
• Process all payment methods.
