You will provide information on property amenities, local attractions, and area offerings while delivering exceptional service with a smile.

You will engage guests by phone or in person, identify needs, and arrange to fulfill them, all while upholding company standards and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with preview tour customer via telephone before arrival and tour date.
• Offers Concierge-style services to guests on promotional vacation packages.
• Provides detailed information about property amenities and area attractions.
• Engages guests in conversation regarding their stay and services.
• Identifies special guest needs and arranges fulfillment on arrival.
• Greet guests warmly, addressing their needs professionally and promptly.
