• Maintain cleanliness and safety of pool areas and supplies.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure all cashiering and financial transactions are accurate and compliant.
• Coordinate staff breaks and assign tasks during shifts.
• Assist in training programs and seasonal operations planning.
• Maintain knowledge of hours, events, and facilities.
