Job summary

On Top of the World in Ocala, FL is seeking a proactive Sales Center Concierge to provide an outstanding guest experience and support the Sales Office. You will welcome visitors, manage sign-in, coordinate events, and assist with daily operations to ensure smooth interactions with prospective buyers and residents.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, 5+ years in admin roles, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of administrative or similar experience.
• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Register new visitors and track returning visitors in applicable software.
• Maintain a welcoming reception area and assist with events and documents.
• Prepare reports, memos and publications using office software.
• Support Sales Office and broader administrative tasks as needed.
