Job summary

Ideal candidates have 5+ years Front Desk experience, 2+ years supervisory experience, strong English communication, and knowledge of PMS. Weekend/evening availability is required, with growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Front Desk experience in a hotel environment.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and basic bookkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Front Office operations and uphold guest service standards.
• Coach Front Desk team and lead pre-shift meetings; monitor room availability and VIP arrivals.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering to ensure guestroom readiness and smooth operations.
• Review Front Office logs and CRM data; monitor guest requests and follow up.
