You will respond to requests, share local area knowledge, and work with colleagues to resolve issues while upholding safety procedures and company standards in a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or guest services preferred.
• Strong communication and guest service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Greets and engages resort guests to enhance the service experience in the lobby area.
• Responds to guest requests by arranging or identifying appropriate providers.
• Gathers local area knowledge to inform guests about activities and amenities.
