You will assist Guests with directions, information about amenities, local attractions, and events, ensuring a friendly, efficient lobby environment.

The role requires guest interaction, teamwork, and adherence to company standards, with a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Prior customer service experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Maintain lobby coverage and maximize guest interactions during peak times.
• Promote brand image and support marketing efforts and site volume.
• Take inventories and keep lobby desks stocked with supplies and collateral.
