Compass, located in Winnetka, seeks an Agent Experience Coordinator to greet clients, manage the office, and support agents with technology and marketing requests.

As the first point of contact, you will help maintain office standards, assist with events and communications, and collaborate with teams to enhance the client experience. Prior customer service/office experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, office management, hospitality, or operations.
• Real estate experience a plus.
• Experience with enterprise tech (Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence) is a plus.
• Strong communication, listening, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of the office by welcoming guests, answering the phone line, managing mail, and ensuring an organized office.
• Provide 1:1 support for Compass technology and adjacent services.
• Support basic marketing tasks by creating collateral from templates and coordinating with marketing advisors.
• Collaborate with other teams to address questions and relay feedback from agents.
• Troubleshoot basic technology and devices; assist with data entry and meeting prep.
• Help with office events, setup, and teardown; maintain supply inventory and office appearance.
