Job summary

Broadway Plaza in Rochester, MN is seeking a Part-Time Front Desk Representative/Concierge to join our team. The Front Desk Representative will support guests by delivering timely, professional service and assisting with daily tasks.

The role is on-site at Broadway Plaza, with a schedule determined by business needs. A high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license are required; bi-lingual abilities are a plus, along with basic computer skills and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Bi-lingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with luggage, groceries, and travel.
• Patrol the building, monitor cameras, and respond to alarms.
• Assist with check-ins and provide knowledge on appliances, services, and transportation.
• Answer after-hours calls and relay information to on-call staff.
• Provide valet parking for VIP guests.
• Maintain clean entrance and lobby areas and logs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
