You will promote in-store programs like CLUB Membership, assist with check-in of merchandise and visitors, and support events while maintaining a neat, safe entry and front-end area.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a prompt and friendly manner.
• Promote programs including CLUB Membership and in-store pickup.
• Maintain professional appearance per dress code.
• Check in merchandise returns.
• Check in vendor representatives and log visitors.
• Inform customers about events, sales and promotions and provide materials.
• Keep entryway and work area clean and safe.
• Assist firearm check-in by notifying trained Outfitter; greeters do not handle firearms.
