Job summary

Windy Hill Farm and Preserve in East Tennessee is seeking a friendly, reliable Guest Services Agent to greet guests, handle check-in/out, and support valet services in a luxurious outdoor setting.

You will assist with event setups, maintain exterior spaces, and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure a seamless guest experience. Prior hospitality experience is a plus, and the role includes both full-time and part-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• Friendly, reliable and hardworking Guest Services Agent.

• Comfortable working in a hands-on outdoor environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with check-in and check-out.
• Provide valet parking services safely and courteously.
• Prepare golf carts and maintain exterior spaces.
• Assist guests with luggage, directions and inquiries.
• Set up and break down meetings and outdoor events.
• Conduct daily rounds to ensure readiness for guests and activities.
• Meet and exceed guest requests and expectations.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to address guest needs.
