Job summary

Windy Hill Farm and Preserve in Loudon, Tennessee, is seeking diligent housekeepers to maintain clean cabins, lodge rooms, and common areas with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Opportunities exist for full-time or part-time roles. The position includes benefits such as dental, health, PTO and vision insurance, plus discounts on property, dining and retail. A high school diploma and valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and submit to a background check.
• Must communicate effectively with guests, team members and managers.

Responsibilities

• Clean cabin and lodge rooms, restaurant and common areas to standard cleanliness within time limits.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Create daily job lists and record all serviced rooms.
• Fold and restock linens.
• Maintain equipment in good condition.
• Report on any shortages, damages or security issues.
• Handle reasonable guests complaints/requests and inform others when required.
• Check stocking levels of all consumables.
• Comply with health and safety regulations and act in line with company policies and licensing laws.
• All other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:
