Job summary

Outdoorsy Hill Country seeks a Guest Experience Host to warmly welcome guests from check-in to check-out and ensure a seamless stay at our luxury glamping retreat. You will coordinate concierge services, assist with reservations, and maintain high standards of guest service across all touchpoints.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, with occasional weekend, holiday, and night shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering high quality guest service.
• Ability to communicate clearly across channels (phone, email, chat).
• Comfort with multitasking and handling interruptions in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliability and punctuality in a guest-focused setting.

Responsibilities

• Guest Interaction: primary contact for guests and vendors, creating a welcoming environment.
• Handle calls, emails, and chat inquiries about reservations and general questions.
• Coordinate and book private tours, tastings, and other experiences for guests pre-arrival.
• Oversee pre-arrival room inspections and maintenance tickets to meet standards.
• Conduct post-stay room checks to ensure cleanliness and quality.
• Process food and beverage sales via Clover POS with accurate records.
• Maintain cleanliness of shared spaces and assist with housekeeping coordination.
• Work weekends and holidays as needed, including some night shifts.
