Job summary

Windy Hill Farm and Preserve in East Tennessee is seeking a friendly, reliable Guest Services Agent to greet guests, handle check-in/out, and support valet services in a luxurious outdoor setting.

You will assist with event setups, maintain exterior spaces, and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure a seamless guest experience. Prior hospitality experience is a plus, and the role includes both full-time and part-time opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with check-in and check-out.

• Conduct daily rounds to ensure readiness for guests and activities.

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and hardworkingGuest Services Agentto join our team. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others, takes pride in presentation and cleanliness, and is comfortable working in a hands-on, outdoor environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out processes
• Provide valet parking services in a safe and courteous manner
• Clean and prepare golf carts for guest use
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of building exteriors and common outdoor areas
• Assist guests with luggage, directions, and general resort inquiries
• Assist with set up and break down of meetings, outdoor functions and events
• Conduct daily rounds to ensure property is set for the guests and activities
• Meet and exceed all guest requests
• Assist guests with check-ins and check-outs including luggage delivery and removal
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs effectively
• Prepare meeting areas when groups are scheduled
• Maintain and upkeep exterior guest spaces as directed
• Respond to guest requests and ensure their comfort throughout their stay
• Support other departments as needed to ensure a seamless guest experience

Skills:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and work outdoors in varying weather
  conditions.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Previous hospitality or guest service experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport with guests through excellent guest relations skills.
