We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and hardworking Guest Services Agent to join our team. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others, takes pride in presentation and cleanliness, and is comfortable working in a hands‑on, outdoor environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with check‑in and check‑out processes
• Provide valet parking services in a safe and courteous manner
• Clean and prepare golf carts for guest use
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of building exteriors and common outdoor areas
• Assist guests with luggage, directions, and general resort inquiries
• Assist with set up and break down of meetings, outdoor functions and events
• Conduct daily rounds to ensure property is set for the guests and activities
• Meet and exceed all guest requests
• Assist guests with check‑ins and check‑outs including luggage delivery and removal
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs effectively
• Prepare meeting areas when groups are scheduled
• Maintain and upkeep exterior guest spaces as directed
• Respond to guest requests and ensure their comfort throughout their stay
• Support other departments as needed to ensure a seamless guest experience

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license required.
