Job summary

Stratton is seeking a Front Desk Agent to ensure a warm, welcoming experience for guests at The Black Bear Lodge and Stratton Welcome Center. Roles include full-time and part-time seasonal opportunities at $20.00/hour, with ongoing recruitment through December.

Ideal candidates are customer-service oriented, friendly, proactive problem solvers, and computer literate, able to handle multiple tasks and provide information about the resort.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong computer literacy skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and delegate tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out of Stratton lodging.
• Anticipate and address guest issues.
• Prepare welcome packets for arrivals when necessary.
• Answer phone calls from guests, including the PBX system.
• Provide general information about the resort.
• Administrative duties and guest services tasks.
• Sell select products to guests and assist with rates.
