Job summary

Koloa Landing Autograph Collection in Kauai, HI is seeking a Guest Experience Manager to oversee front desk operations, reservations, concierge, and events, ensuring a premier guest experience and maximizing occupancy. You will oversee staff training, budgeting for revenue subcategories, and up-selling hotel services to boost revenue.

The role requires 3–5 years of management in front desk operations, familiarity with loyalty programs, brand standards, and hospitality systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Front desk operations experience required; three to five years in management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Display a professional and approachable demeanor.
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication with staff and guests.
• Provide coverage for Manager on Duty shifts.
• Assist with up-selling to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Ensure guest registration, check-out, and telephone service run smoothly.
• Oversee hiring, training, and staff performance evaluations.
• Monitor occupancy, VIP requests, and daily operations.
• Adhere to policies and protect sensitive information.
