Job summary

Koloa Landing Autograph Collection in Hawaii seeks an Expediter to provide friendly, courteous quality service in our restaurant. You will help with food delivery, table setups, and maintaining dining area cleanliness to ensure smooth guest experiences.

This entry-level role requires good communication, a positive attitude, and basic computer skills. Prior hospitality experience is a plus; Safe Server Alcohol & Food certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Must speak/read/write English and understand workplace language.
• Strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Detail oriented with good organizational abilities.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
• Knowledge of table settings and service ware; menu item descriptions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food to guests in the dining area.
• Ensure guest satisfaction with meals and service.
• Set up and clean tables, bars, and dining spaces.
• Stock and restock glassware, utensils, napkins, and cleaning supplies.
• Assist service team to exceed guest expectations.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness throughout the shift.
