Winvian Farm LLC is seeking a friendly Guest Assistant to help deliver exceptional hospitality. You will assist with reservations, check-ins/check-outs, and coordinating on-site and off-site activities and excursions to create memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Flexible schedule required, including weekends, holidays, and occasional overnight shifts.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Previous hospitality experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a courteous, warm, and professional manner.
• Manage hotel reservations and guest inquiries.
• Perform guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
• Assist guests with arranging activities, dining reservations, transportation, and local excursions.
• Provide exceptional hospitality and personalized service throughout each guest’s stay.
• Communicate effectively with all departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
