Job summary

Winvian Farm LLC is seeking a friendly Guest Assistant to help deliver exceptional hospitality. You will assist with reservations, check-ins/check-outs, and coordinating on-site and off-site activities and excursions to create memorable guest experiences.

We value professional interaction, strong communication, and a flexible schedule including weekends. This role supports a luxury resort experience in Connecticut.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Flexible schedule required, including weekends, holidays, and occasional overnight shifts.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Previous hospitality experience preferred, but not required.

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Guest Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will help create memorable guest experiences by assisting with reservations, guest check-ins and check-outs, and coordinating on-site and off-site activities and excursions.

Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits
