Job summary

UDR, Inc. in Framingham, MA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our luxury apartment community. You will respond to resident requests, perform general maintenance, and help ensure homes are ready for occupancy with trades as needed.

Ideal candidates have maintenance experience in multi-family settings, strong customer service, and familiarity with plumbing, electrical, and painting tasks. On-site role with benefits and a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience in multi-family, hospitality, or similar.
• Residential plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, drywall.
• HVAC and carpentry knowledge is a plus.
• Customer service experience.
• Proficiency with technology (computers and smartphones).
• Valid driver\'s license and on-call availability.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests and restore service quickly.
• Maintain appearance and cleanliness of the community.
• Ensure apartments are ready for occupancy, including related trades.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and workspace; assist with inventory.
• Provide superior customer service to residents and internal customers.
• Adhere to company policies and UDR values.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
