Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests in lobby in a friendly manner and identifies needs.
• Delivers messages, packages, and items to guest rooms.
• Supports events, banquets, VIP club, and restaurant host tasks as assigned.
• Provides guests with information on room amenities and local attractions.
• Maintains lobby area and equipment; ensures cleanliness and organization.
