Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide in Orlando is seeking a friendly Lobby Ambassador to welcome Owners and guests, guide them to property amenities and activities, and contribute to a warm, memorable stay.

You will screen guests, connect them with Marketing Executives, and help ensure lobby desks are stocked and sessions run smoothly, especially during busy peak times. A background in sales or customer service and a flexible schedule are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service, with strong people skills.
• Ability to greet and assist guests professionally and warmly.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm and welcoming greetings to all guests.
• Screen targeted customers and connect them to a Marketing Executive.
• Supply directions and information about amenities, services, hours and local interests.
• Ensure lobby coverage and maximize interactions during peak periods.
• Promote brand image and assist with marketing initiatives and site volume.
• Take inventories and keep lobby desks stocked with supplies and collateral.
• Follow company policies and safety procedures.
