Responsibilities

• Greets guests as they arrive, providing personal recognition.
• Review arrival lists and prepare welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and assist with check-in.
• Answer phones promptly and assist or transfer as needed.
• Maintain cash handling procedures and report discrepancies to management.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
• Assist with lobby activation as needed.
• Protect guest PII and follow proper data procedures.
• Process check-in/check-out with required identifications and forms of payment.
• Attend to guest needs and inquiries in a timely manner.
