The Indigo Road Hospitality Group is seeking a proactive Concierge for our Atlanta hotel team. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring guests have a comfortable and memorable stay, handling inquiries and coordinating services with attentiveness and hospitality.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in similar front desk/guest services roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to handle guest requests with accuracy and discretion
• Strong problem-solving skills and quick decision-making

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out with warmth and efficiency
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints to ensure satisfaction
• Coordinate transportation, tours, and local recommendations as needed
• Take messages and relay information to relevant departments
• Manage mail, luggage, and deliveries for guests
• Provide or arrange for in-room amenities and business services
• Assist with housekeeping/maintenance requests and follow up
• Develop local vendor contacts to enhance guest experiences
