Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take reservations using OpenTable and manage seating assignments.
• Greet guests warmly on arrival and thank them upon departure.
• Provide estimated waiting times when seating is limited and notify when tables are ready.
• Coordinate between kitchen, dining room, and staff to relay messages.
