Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous hospitality or bell service experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be active for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage and guest arrivals/departures.
• Escort guests to rooms and explain hotel features and services.
• Coordinate with valet and transportation providers and monitor curbside operations.
• Provide directions and recommendations for local attractions and hotel amenities.
