You will verify room blocks, oversee pre-registration and pre-assignment, and assign rooms based on location, rate, and group status.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide hospitable service.
• Assign rooms and manage pre-registration/pre-assignment per guidelines.
• Issue room keys and coordinate with Bellhop for arrivals.
• Answer questions about services, directions, and local attractions.
• Keep guests informed about events and group activities.
• Explain discounts, vouchers, and applicable benefits.
• Handle reservations and walk-ins with accuracy and courtesy.
• Assist with check-in/check-out processes efficiently.
• Explain use of safety deposit boxes and protect guest belongings.
• Post and adjust charges to guest accounts accurately.
• Maintain front desk reports and follow cash handling procedures.
