Auburn Marriott Opelika Resort & Spa at Grand National is seeking a Dining Room Attendant to ensure a smooth dining experience in our hotel restaurant outlets. You will carry dirty dishes, reset tables, and support servers with timely service while maintaining a clean, inviting dining area.

Responsibilities

• Carry dirty dishes from the dining room to the dish line and break down trays.
• Wipe tabletops and chairs with a damp cloth to maintain presentation.
• Clear dirty dishes and support servers during service.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors at end of shift.
• Attend daily menu classes to stay informed about dishes and presentation.
• Assist in other positions to support smooth dining room operations.
• Report gratuities following company guidelines and laws.
