• Provide exceptional guest service by greeting guests professionally.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain assigned rooms to a high standard of cleanliness.
• Verify and visually inspect all rooms daily and report discrepancies.
• Recheck rooms at departure times and report room status for turnover.
• Report maintenance needs to Engineering or Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Enter rooms politely and respect guest privacy.
