Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Guest Service Representative to join our team at DT Hollywood Beach. This role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, greeting guests, and supporting front desk operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year in Front Desk Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests as they arrive with personal recognition.
• Reviews arrival lists daily and assists in preparing welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and check them in prior to arrival.
• Answer the telephone within three rings with a smile and direct questions as needed.
• Maintain cash handling procedures, count bank at shift start/end, report discrepancies.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
• Assist with lobby activation as needed.
