Qualifications

• Previous hotel front desk experience required.
• Experience using a hotel property-management or reservation system required.

• Ability to work weekends and holidays; flexible scheduling.
• Fluency in English; additional languages helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and create a positive first impression.
• Check guests in and out accurately, efficiently, and professionally.
• Recognize IHG One Rewards members and returning guests.
• Manage reservations, room assignments, payments, and incidental authorizations.
• Respond to guest questions and requests in person and over the phone.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized recommendations.
• Resolve billing questions and service concerns with care and judgment.
• Communicate guest requests and important information to housekeeping, maintenance, and management.
• Maintain an organized front desk and professional lobby environment.
• Follow procedures related to guest privacy, safety, and payment processing.
• Support other hotel operations as needed to help the property run smoothly.
