Job summary

OTO Development is seeking a Front Desk Associate to warmly welcome guests, manage check-in and check-out, and assist during their stay using the hotel's electronic reservation system. This on-site role emphasizes accuracy in financial transactions and a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Team player with the ability to work well with others.
Willingness to go above and beyond to meet guests' needs.
Physically able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and squat for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures and during their stay.
Operate the hotel’s electronic reservation system and other computer programs to ensure a seamless workflow.
Handle all financial transactions securely and accurately.
Anticipate guests’ needs and maximize their experience.
Collaborate with team members to provide a hospitable, customer-focused environment.
