• Ensure that Guests' business is kept confidential.
• Be able to operate computerized front office system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome Guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and checkout.
• Accept, sort and distribute all messages for Guests.
• Produce, generate, and distribute reports.
• Post charges to Guests' accounts.
• Respond to Guests' special needs.
