Qualifications

• Ability to handle cash and balance cash drawer.
• Basic computer skills for registration and billing.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and register them using the hotel system.
• Code electronic keys and process payments for stays.
• Verify credit cards for authorization and balance house accounts.
• Answer phones in clear English and relay messages to guests.
• Close accounts at checkout and resolve guest issues per guidelines.
• Keep front desk area neat and follow safety procedures.
• Assist other front desk staff as needed.
