Landry's San Luis Resort is hiring a Front Desk Associate to warmly welcome guests and manage check-in/out processes in Galveston, TX. You will handle payments, resolve billing questions, and provide information on local attractions to ensure a memorable stay.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, prior high-volume customer service experience, and preferably one year of hotel front desk experience.

• One year of hotel front desk experience strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Register arriving guests and obtain payment information.
• Settle balances and handle cash drawer; investigate discrepancies.
• Answer guest questions about entertainment or attractions.
• Print and process routine reports; assist in training staff.
• Maintain positive guest relations and refer issues to the right staff.
• Assist other departments with guest-related requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment; perform other duties as assigned.
