The role requires a flexible schedule including mornings, afternoons, weekends and holidays, with an anticipated start date of October 27, 2026 and a competitive hourly wage reflecting responsibilities and experience.

About the location:

Responsibilities

Welcomes and registers hotel guests, explaining the accommodations and establishing credit or method of payment. Checks guest out of the hotel, preparing and explaining the bill. Responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction. This position does require an applicant with a flexible schedule, able to work morning/afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications And Skills

• Previous customer experience and ability to work effectively under pressure
• Requires attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good command of the English language
• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
