Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Denver is seeking a friendly Guest Services Agent to welcome and register hotel guests, explain accommodations, and assist with payments and check-out while delivering exceptional service.

You will respond to guest requests, arrange personalized recommendations, and maintain a positive, flexible schedule including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays. Prior guest service experience is preferred; legal work authorization in the United States is required.

• Previous customer experience and ability to work effectively under pressure
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good command of the English language
• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States

This position does require an applicant with a flexible schedule, able to work morning/afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays.
