Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Denver is seeking a Food & Beverage Support Expert to provide on-call operational support across outlets and events. Roles rotate between Host/Hostess, Server Assistant, Server, and Banquet Server, delivering exceptional service in line with Four Seasons standards.

This on-call position is ideal for hospitality professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy variety across front-of-house responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Previous Food & Beverage, restaurant, hospitality, banquet, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent guest service and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Good command of the English language.
• Must possess legal work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Guest Reception & Seating: Welcome and greet guests in a warm and professional manner; Manage reservations and seating; Answer calls; Maintain station charts and cover counts.
• Food & Beverage Service Support: Set, clear, and reset tables; Deliver food and beverages promptly; Provide water, bread, and guest amenities; Maintain cleanliness of dining areas.
• Restaurant & Lounge Service: Present menu offerings; Describe items and beverages; Communicate dietary restrictions and accommodations; Provide personalized service.
• Banquet & Event Support: Assist with setup, service and breakdown of banquet functions; Ensure spaces prepared per banquet specs; Deliver attentive service at meetings and events.
• General Responsibilities: Respond to guest requests; Work with colleagues; Maintain safety and cleanliness; Follow policies; Support operations as needed.
