Job summary

Snow Mountain, LLC in Lassen Volcanic National Park seeks a guest services associate to create a warm, professional first and last impression for every guest, ensuring flawless and memorable experiences.

You will greet guests, escort them to accommodations, inform them about features and safety procedures, and assist with luggage as needed while representing the property with impeccable grooming and a positive, can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service to meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Impeccable grooming standards; clean, pressed uniform.
• Ability to work a variety of day, night, weekend and holiday shifts.
• Ability to work independently and interact with diverse guests.
• Majority of shift spent on feet; lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm and professional greeting to guests and anticipate their needs before they arise.
• Escort guests to accommodations and inform about features, facilities and emergency procedures; assist with luggage as required.
• Ensure public areas and equipment are clean and presentable at all times.
• Support other departments including housekeeping, maintenance and laundry as needed.
• Complete minor maintenance tasks as directed.
• Share knowledge of the Park and surrounding area with guests.
• Adhere to Company’s ISO environmental and quality policies and initiatives.
• Other duties per Duties Checklist as assigned.
