Job summary

Hibernation Station in West Yellowstone, MT seeks a friendly Guest Service Representative to greet guests, manage check-ins/outs, and answer questions with warmth and professionalism.

You'll coordinate with housekeeping and management to ensure a seamless stay, assist with reservations through our PMS and OTA partners, recommend local attractions, and help create memorable Yellowstone experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to use computers and reservation software.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately.
• Answer incoming calls, assist with reservations and trip planning.
• Book and modify reservations using our PMS.
• Manage reservations from OTA partners (Expedia, Booking.com).
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve concerns with empathy.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management to meet guest needs.
• Assist with billing questions and reservation changes.
• Maintain accurate guest records and documentation.
• Provide recommendations for Yellowstone and local attractions.
