Responsibilities

• Check guests in, register them, and be a source of knowledge about the hotel and local area.
• Provide exceptional customer service with an engaging approach.
• Help resolve problems and WOW guests through recovery when things aren’t right.
• Promote and sell hotel programs.
• Interact with other departments and share essential information.
