Job summary

Courtyard Austin Northwest / Lakeline is hiring a Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and set the tone for a memorable stay. You will assist guests with questions, provide local recommendations, and ensure every interaction is professional and friendly.

You will coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and hotel leadership to deliver smooth, guest-centric service. Training is available for motivated individuals with a passion for hospitality.

Qualifications

• Excellent hospitality and guest service mindset.
• Strong communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with hotel PMS is a plus; willingness to learn is essential.

Responsibilities
