Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Front Desk associates to deliver outstanding service.
• Greet guests and respond to inquiries, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Verify room blocks, pre-registration, and accurate room assignments.
• Oversee front desk operations, check-ins/outs and billing.
• Manage same-day reservations, walk-ins and future bookings.
• Ensure guest privacy and security of safety deposit boxes.
• Complete daily Front Desk reports and keep management informed.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly with empathy.
