Job summary

Pechanga Resort Casino is seeking a Guest Room Attendant to clean and service guest rooms to the hotel’s standards of cleanliness. You will respond to guest requests professionally, use deep cleaning equipment, and maintain areas and uniforms according to department policies.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and eligibility for a Class “H” gaming license. Training sessions and pre-shifts are part of the schedule, with opportunities to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Must qualify to obtain and maintain a Class “H” gaming license.

Responsibilities

Adhere to department standards and procedures for entry and general cleaning of all hotel rooms.
Respond to guest requests in a professional and efficient manner.
Use deep cleaning equipment to perform all facets of cleaning within hotel rooms and corridors.
Ensure all assigned areas are maintained and any deficiencies are reported to supervisor for follow-up.
Maintain uniform, grooming, and conduct in accordance with department standards.
Attend all required trainings and pre-shifts.
Report unusual activity to management.
Other duties as assigned.
