Job summary

Pechanga Resort Casino is seeking a Guest Room Attendant to clean and service guest rooms in accordance with our Four Diamond service standards. No prior experience is required; a GED or high school diploma is acceptable, and a gaming license may be required.

Position emphasizes timely room cleaning, guest interaction, safety procedures, and cooperation with all hotel departments. Night, weekend, and holiday availability is expected.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Adhere to department standards for entry and general cleaning of all hotel rooms.
• Respond to guest requests professionally and efficiently.
• Use deep cleaning equipment to clean rooms and corridors.
• Report any deficiencies to supervisor for follow-up.
• Maintain uniform, grooming and conduct per department standards.
• Attend pre-shifts and training sessions.
