Renaissance Birmingham Ross Bridge Golf Resort and Spa is seeking an At Your Service (AYS) / Delighted to Serve (DTS) Agent to be the primary contact for guest requests and provide exceptional service. You will handle calls, log requests, and resolve concerns with a focus on hospitality and accuracy.

The role requires knowledge of PMS, PBX, F&B terminals, and hotel offerings. You will promote amenities and local attractions while maintaining outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifikationen

• Hospitality or guest services experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to log requests accurately and resolve issues promptly.

• Inform guests about department hours and hotel amenities.
• Assist guests with directions and local area information.
• Document complaints in the guest response program and follow up.
