Job summary

Renaissance Birmingham Ross Bridge Golf Resort and Spa is seeking a friendly Rooms Concierge to greet guests, assist with check-in, and ensure a seamless arrival experience. You’ll guide guests around the property, answer questions, arrange transportation, reservations, and share local tips while upholding our hospitality standards.

This part-time, on-site role offers ongoing training and opportunities to grow within a renowned luxury resort.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and guide them through check-in with a personalized experience.
• Answer questions and provide directions, hours, and information about facilities.
• Report and follow up on guest or hotel issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Stay informed about groups, meeting spaces, and room layouts to assist guests.
• Assist in other Front Office/DTS tasks as needed for smooth operations.
• Coordinate transportation requests and restaurant reservations for guests.
• Provide local area information and dining recommendations to guests.
• Complete the daily checklist to ensure essential tasks are performed.
